In this life, we get to meet a lot of friends. Some of them eventually say goodbye. Others stay with us forever.
Either way, we’re glad that we’ve been blessed with their presence, no matter how fleeting. Conversely, we get to meet a couple of enemies too. These enemies make us look at things more cynically.
We learn how to be distrustful. We learn how to put up walls to protect ourselves. That’s the kind of lesson the dog in our featured video learns after battling against his archenemy. Watch his coming of age in the video below.
The dog in our video is a miniature Schnoodle named Ruby Roo Gallivan. He’s a fluffy doggo who looks like he can’t do no wrong. But Ruby actually knows how to fight for himself and his rights as a canine member of his household.
Today Ruby meets his archenemy. It comes in the guise of a lemon wedge. For some reason, Lemon Wedge earns Ruby’s ire.
And Ruby’s in fight mode. He sizes up his rival. He psychs himself up for the eventual battle.
Soon, Ruby launches an attack. He’s got some awesome moves. It’s like he trained with Bruce Lee’s grandson.
Lemon Wedge is at an advantage. After all, it’s an inanimate object. But Ruby won’t let that detail derail his quest for revenge.
We do not know what Ruby’s avenging himself for. We can’t wrap our heads around the possible scenarios in which Lemon Wedge triggered the dog’s anger. The answer to these riddles, perhaps we’ll never know.
We can take comfort in the fact that Ruby wins in the end. He triumphs over Lemon Wedge, who’s beaten to a pulp. The dog has finally got his revenge.
Still, we feel bad for Lemon Wedge. We’re sure somewhere there’s a bowl of salad longing for it.
