Virus-Averse Husky Gets Paranoid About Coughing Human

Virus-Averse Husky Gets Paranoid About Coughing Human

Mellanie May 20, 2020

These days it pays to stay safe. If you do not want to contract a disease from a deadly virus, it’s crucial to exercise extra precaution. Yes, social distancing is a must.

Or, if social distancing is not physically probable, at least make sure that you wear a mask and wash your hands thoroughly as often as possible. Also, you must be wary of people coughing in your presence.

That’s a survival lesson even the dog in our featured video knows. Yes, our dear husky’s aware of what’s happening in the world right now. And like most people, he’s afraid of COVID-19 too.

Unfortunately, our husky has got a risky problem. Find out what that is below.

The husky in the video is named Sherpa. Today he’s in the car with his human heading to an undisclosed place. To the groceries, maybe?

Let’s not speculate about where they are headed since it’s not relevant to our story. The important detail of this story is the fact that our husky’s dear human coughs a dry cough in Sherpa’s presence. He does not even cover his mouth with tissue paper or at least the crook of his elbow.

Sherpa quickly turns his head away from his human. Of course, he does not want viruses to invade his airway. He refuses to become the first dog to be infected with the coronavirus and turn into the canine’s kingdom’s patient zero.

Thankfully for Sherpa, his silly human is just fooling around. He’s faking a dry cough. He’s perfectly healthy.

He assures Sherpa he’s A-okay. Sherpa believes his daddy. After all, Sherpa knows daddy will never infect him with any kind of viruses deliberately.

Sherpa’s cool with his daddy. He’s still a little paranoid, though. Like most of us, he hopes this whole pandemic ends soon.

Thanks to Sherpa
