Small Pup’s More Comfortable With Large Newfie Than Toy Dog

Small Pup’s More Comfortable With Large Newfie Than Toy Dog

Mellanie December 20, 2020

Dogs react differently whenever they encounter a new object in their area. While most canines happily welcome the newcomer, some feel wary around them.

Thus, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel pup keeps its distance from a stuffed toy it found in their living area. Though the stuffed animal doesn’t do anything to alarm it, the puppy’s more comfortable interacting with its Newfoundland brother instead.

Mom, who’s that? I don’t know him!

In this comical video clip, a camera focuses on the house’s wooden floor. Before anyone could decipher the real situation in this footage, one can hear the frantic barks of a dog.

With this, the camera soon pans out to find the distraught doggo. A Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy named Rambo appears, furiously barking at an intriguing object in their hallway.

For the next few seconds, Rambo carries on with his furtive barking but doesn’t trot towards the area for further investigation. Thus, Mom decides to ask the wary canine.

Big brother, there’s something strange in there!

Despite hearing Mom’s query, Rambo merely continues his barking fit. The pup even takes a few steps backward and heads towards their stairs to protect itself from the suspicious object.

With this, Mom decides to follow Rambo’s line of sight, revealing a Blue’s Clues stuffed toy on top of a basket. Though the stuffed animal doesn’t do anything to pique its suspicion, the leery pup keeps a safe distance while traversing towards their living room.

Thankfully, Rambo’s Newfoundland brother named Samson comes to the rescue, silently asking the pup what’s troubling him. The wary puppy then invites the Newfie towards their living room for a quick chat.

Do you think Samson managed to soothe his distraught puppy sibling? Make sure to continue watching the video clip below to find out.
